ABA, Young ABA and NASUWT have launched a new guide for parents and carers ahead of this year's Anti-Bullying Week. Keep an Eye On It [PDF 881KB] is a unique, short guide for parents, carers and other adults who want to know more about bullying and how to tackle it.

The idea behind developing the guide was to produce a practical web-based guide which helps parents, carers and adults working with young people to recognise the signs of bullying/being bullied and to support them in understanding how best to help young people - uniquely, young people's perspectives and experiences have been central to the development of the guide.

ABA member organisations MENCAP and Parentline Plus have also been part of the process and the development of the content of the resource has involved consultations with children and young people in primary, secondary, PRU and colleges from London to Lancashire focusing on what children and young people might feel, do or say if they experience or cause bullying.
